Meredith Ferrell began designing handbags shortly after leaving a high school teaching position in her home state of Pennsylvania. Her husband’s career in the United States Navy initiated a travel adventure that provided an opportunity to begin a flexible career as an entrepreneur.

While living in numerous Navy towns up and down the east coast, Meredith continued to sew and add new bag designs to her collection. Accordingly, each bag is named after a town or city she and her husband have lived along their journey. Meredith’s motivation and inspiration stems from her creative soul and love for accessories as well as the gratification she finds in producing a purposeful product.

Through their travels, Meredith and her husband Jon have found consistency and comfort in the simple gifts God provides through nature. Their love for the outdoors led to a hobby in nature photography and birding. As a submariner, Jon goes months without seeing the sun, the soil, and the life it brings. This absence provides great motivation for the patience it takes to capture nature’s most beautiful moments. Jon’s nature photos will soon be available for purchase.
