Meredith Ferrell accepts Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express
Shipping, Handling and Tax
The shipping charge is calculated based on the product price. Merchandise shipped to a Florida address be assessed a 6.5% sales tax. Bags shipped to any other sate will not be taxed. Shipping and handling are not taxable.
Shipping Time
It is our goal to have your bag delivered to you within 4 weeks from the date the order is received.
Warranty
Meredith Ferrell stands behind the construction of her bags. We cannot be responsible for damage to bags caused by heavy use, laundering, or dry cleaning. In the rare case that you experience a problem with the construction of your bag, Meredith will be happy to repair the bag within the first three months. Please notify Meredith of the specific problem by emailing her at Meredith@MeredithFerrell.com.

Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges.
